[Bug 1059230] Re: Cannot change the "Initiate Window Move" in Move Window Plugin

** Description changed:

In Ubuntu 12.10, you cannot change or disable the "Initiate Window Move"
by mouse in the "Move Window" plugin. I usually change it from ALT to
Super. The reasoning, is it removes functionality from tools I use that
- require dragging or selecting with the mouse while holding ALT.
+ require dragging or selecting with the mouse while holding ALT. Example:
+ Blender 2.6x

  What should happen:

  1. Open CCSM
  2. Go to Move Window plugin
  3. Change the keybindings from ALT to Super, or disable completely
  4. Profit

  What happens:

  1. Open CCSM
  2. Go to Move Window plugin
  3. Change the keybindings from ALT to Super
  4. No effect. Easiest way to test, is go back, and return to the plugin. The keybinding gets reverted to ALT.
