[Bug 739870] [NEW] Change KDE's default compiz configuration program from simple-ccsm to an alternative in repositories

Binary package hint: kdebase-runtime
KDE's system settings has a "Configure" button for launching the compiz
configuration program. It's set in
/usr/share/kde4/apps/ksmserver/windowmanagers/compiz.desktop to be
simple-ccsm. But simple-ccsm (a) won't install under natty, and (b) is
much less common installed than ccsm. ccsm is suggested by the compiz
package. If anything should be the default, it should be more common,
suggested configuration tool.
** Affects: compiz (Ubuntu)
