Yes, the feature was never added to compiz, and still does not exist in
the 12.10. On the other hand, window "docking" with Ctrl-Super-(arrow)
has been added, which is almost enough. It would still be nice to have
window snapping during regular moves and resizes, but the current
functionality is enough that I think this bug can be closed as "Won't
Fix".
