Why this is in the current description makes no sense, that unfortunate
bug targeted the left click on launcher icon &  by extension  - 'window
picker for for window *group*', nothing really to do with this.

As far as 12.04 - the fix's 'change in behavior' seems to be  just
surrounding  a default keybinding - super+w, not really qualifying as "
significant "

Title:
  [regression] scale/spread: "Initiate Window Picker for All Windows"
  does not show all windows. It shows only windows from curent
  workspace.
