[Bug 1088533] [NEW] Launcher autohide mode - Application window location depends on whether the launcher is visible or not at setup

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

When launching an application from the launcher (autohide mode) its
window location will depend om whether the launcher itself is visible or
not at the time of setup.

Test case:
1) configure launcher autohide mode
2) launch an application from the launcher
3) move its window (align it) to the screen's left side
4) close the window
5) launch the same application again from the launcher, and
6) keep the launcher visible during the application window setup

Result:
The application window is aligned to the launcher's top/righthand side, i.e where the window would have been setup using the never hide mode.

Expected result
The application window should be aligned to the screen's (icon workarea) top/lefthand side.
