[Bug 1097454] [NEW] [arm] [gles] Wallpaper gets distorted during scale (spread)

When I click on the launcher icon for an app with multiple windows, the
spread correctly starts.  But the background is weird.  It shows my
expected wallpaper, but it looks like it's being displayed on top of
four workspaces behind it.
