Compiz focus prevention settings at default values (Low).

Interestingly, trying to avoid focus-stealing-prevention for only Eog-
windows, by appending "... &!(class=Eog)" to focus_prevention_match
setting does not help. Turning off focus prevention entirely works
around the issue.
