[Bug 1126640] Re: Multi monitor behavior problem

I am running ubuntu 13.04 x64 version today I decided to show of ubuntu
(wanted to start a video on one monitor and a wine window on the other

- ok great but I want to use the other side of the screen and when I try to do any thing the launcher does not responds windows do not work
