I'm not completely shure what fixed this problem but I installed the
newest NVidia-Driver by hand and removed both the novou and the
proprietary driver from the repositories. After doing this I checked the
unity-startscript and removed all directories that where listed there
and that where in my home directory.

After doing this two steps I didn't have crashes the whole weekend.
