[Bug 1137665] Re: Random invisible menus in QT apps

** Description changed:

I'm using compiz with XFCE in fully updated 13.04 64-bit. In QT apps
such as smplayer or vlc, at random a menu or menu's will become
invisible, when I click on the menu nothing shows under it, but if I
blindly click I can activate menu items. I have to restart the
application whenever this happens. I have the workarounds plugin enabled
already, and tried enabling "qt window fix" to see if that helped but it
  did not.

EDIT: forgot to mention, its on intel hd4000 graphics
+
+ Quickest way to reproduce: Open the menu item on the far left or ride
+ side. then quickly move the mouse horizontally between the other menus
+ at the top, eventually one or more of the menus goes invisible until the
+ application is restarted.
