This branch follows the Ayatana Design specification in the description and fixes behaviour for top and bottom windows as well
(corner and centered will still cycle):
lp:~mc-return/compiz/compiz.merge-fix1082001-gridded-windows-jump-workspaces

@all: Long term plan is to make behaviour configurable by the user, so
everyone will be satisfied.
