Hi Abderraxim,

Thanks for reporting this bug.

I cannot reproduce this behavior that you describe.  I've tried using a
few different apps such as gedit and gnome terminal and they behave as
expected when double clicking the title bar to maximize.  Are you using
a particular application to cause this?  Also, I assume you are using
Unity and not some other desktop environment, correct?

I'm marking this Incomplete until I hear back from you.
