A new driver has been released (nv 340.24) today.
Been trying it out for about 3h, did a fresh install fully updated and driver manualy installed.

so far with no patched compiz the flickring is very minimal, only
happens one in awhile and fixes itself very fast.


Will try the patched compiz now and see how it behaves, report back soon.
