[Bug 1274109] [NEW] compiz snapping windows make some windows go bad

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

I really dislike the windows snapping to the edges of the screen. So I
deactivated snapping windows in compiz config settings manager. But this
made Chrome disappear, I had to kill chrome before I could restart it,
but then again it went bad. In my Eclipse window, the window resize
buttons disappeared. activating snapping windows solved the issues.

But I really dislike windows snapping to the edges.
