If I understand correctly than this is compiz bug. Compiz should add
_GTK_FRAME_EXTENTS to _NET_SUPPORTED.

Reverting above GTK+ commit should "fix" csd windows, but real fix is to
add _GTK_FRAME_EXTENTS support to compiz.
