Hi,

This bug also affected my system (exact same symptoms) but upgrading
compiz to 0.9.11.3+14.04.20150313-0ubuntu1 did not fix it.

CPU: AMD Athlon Dual Core Processor 4850e
MB: Asus M2NPV-VM Nvidia GeForce 6150 + nForce 430

Ubuntu Trusty 14.04

sudo modinfo nvidia_304_updates

...

Any ideas?
