[Bug 1535493] [NEW] Windows stretched, mouse scaling differently

I encountered the same symptoms, with the same workaround as:

My dual monitor setup became essentially non-functional, after
installing ccsm.  (Although I didn't make the connection until seeing
this other bug report, many days later.)  Disabling the "Detect Outputs"
option (buried deep) in ccsm, restored my display functionality.

This is a very, very difficult bug for an end user to diagnose and
