[Bug 1554772] [NEW] no keyboard shortcut for throwing window to another monitor

Public bug reported:

Compiz used to have a "put" plugin which allowed users to use the
keyboard to move a window to another monitor.

I have RSI and using the mouse aggravates this to the extent that a day
of regular mouse usage will result in several days of pain and
restricted use of my arm and hence restricted use of the mouse and hence
restricted use of the computer.

Frankly, there ought to be a revamp of Ubuntu to make it more user
friendly for people who cannot use the mouse.
