[Bug 1559748] [NEW] Windows content appears transparent before fully being created

 

Public bug reported:

Any window that takes a while to render on screen, first appears
transparent and only the window frame shows.

e.g.

Network Indicator > Edit Connections... and double click on any
connection to change their settings

What happens:
The new window is created but initially with transparent content area. See attached image and video.
