** Description changed:

  I got two monitors:
  On left in pivot 27inch QHD,
  on right normal FHD
  
  New windows apear "inteligently" only to left display.
- When I force to add to left in settings then it not place windows in free space.
+ When I force to add to right in settings then it not place windows in free space.
  
  Ubuntu 14.04, AMD Radeon HD 5450
