hello devs,

compiz-core has replaced compizconfig-settings-manager (ccsm), but it
has not been removed from the ubuntu archives, nor the two
transitionals: compiz-plugins-extra & compiz-plugins-main, compiz-
plugins (not officialy maintained since ages)

so its time to remove them to avoid bad experiences. Their life can
continue into a possible ppa if someone wants to support them.
