[Bug 1632900] [NEW] Can't drag downloaded files from chrome to nautilus

Public bug reported:

When you download a file it appears at the bottom of the browser in
download list(Google Chrome). I usually just drag from there to the
filemanager. But if I have 3 or more nautilus windows opened the drag
just doesn't work, I downloads again to download folder.

Steps To reproduce:

1) Open Music, Images and Download folders. *Those are individuals
nautilus windows.

2) Download a subtitle file in Google Chrome.

3) Try to drag it from the (bottom) download list to the Music folder.
This is click on the subtitle, maintain it, hover nautilus, hover Music
folder and release the click.

What happens:

It downloads again to the Download folder

Expected Behavior:

Move or copy the downloaded subtitle file to the Music Folder.

I think is related to Compiz Windows Views plugins.
