[Bug 1637750] [NEW] incorrect wording in apport dialog

the attached apport dialog says:
"Thanks for reporting this bug. It seems you have unity running. Is the issue you are reporting is related to unity itself rather than compiz?"

the word "is" is repeated twice. The correct wording should be:

"Thanks for reporting this bug. It seems you have unity running. Is the
issue you are reporting related to unity itself rather than compiz?"
