[Bug 1787827] [NEW] Screen locks even though Screen Lock turned off

 

Public bug reported:

New install of 18.04. Screen locks in a few minutes even though Screen
Lock turned off in privacy tab of settings. I've tried setting Blank
Screen to 15 minutes(in Power) but makes no difference.
