The web management tool cockpit shows the debian favicon.ico on Ubuntu
18.04 LTS.

2) The version of the package you are using, via 'apt-cache policy
pkgname' or by checking in Software Center

3) What you expected to happen

That the browser shows an ubuntu branded favicon.ico

The browser shows a debian branded favicon.ico
