[Bug 1805710] [NEW] apport-bug compiz incorrectly detects Unity is running on Ubuntu 18.04 GNOME

  - Reporting bug in compiz using apport-bug compiz

A dialog box pops up "Thanks for reporting this bug. It seems you have
Unity running." (see screenshot)

Unity desktop is not running or installed.

Expected: apport detects that Unity is not running, does not show the
dialog.
