The animations were affected by the use of Visual Effects, remember ever
since Ubuntu Unity 25.10 came out visual effects has issues on High, but
animations and blurs are disabled on Low which reduces animation may
still has lock ups.

Visual Effects on High and Low both really needs to be fixed in Ubuntu
Unity 25.10 (The official flavor the uses Unity7 Desktop).
