Review: Disapprove

There already was a deprecation period for projects using configglue to migrate over to the new layout, so I think this change would be going backwards.

The deprecation happened at the 1.0 release, leaving 0.10, 0.11 and 0.11.1 releases with the old namespaces.

Code should be rewritten to use the 1.0 layout if using configglue from trunk directly.
