I forgot to mention that we forgot to test on Windows.

For the moment you can do
    tlmgr install -reinstall luatex
or fetch the library from W32TeX.

Tomorrow (today) are the Polish metapost tutorials, so we might be
able to play with it in the meantime if we can rent a windows computer
for a while :)
