Yes, i tested it with fresh database and it happens the same. For example, in the survey you sent me in the video i can go to second page, but crashes on third.
In a new empty survey i created, it crashes me when going to second page.

The versions i'm using are:
- server -> 3545
- addons -> 4935
- web -> 4736

  Survey module - Next page button doesn't work in Chromium

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  In Survey module, you are able to create surveys with different pages. There are Next and Previous buttons that allow to navigate between Survey pages.
  On Chromium the pagination doesn't seem to work. When i click on "Next" button, a "Your messages" screen appears (attached an screenshots)
  I tested in Firefox and works
  bug is being produced in every survey i test, even if there are no questions.
