  Employee cannot answer evaluation in openerp web 6

Status in OpenERP Web Client:
  New

Bug description:
  Whenever an employee attempts to answer an evaluation or for that
  matter anyone attempts to answer an evaluation survey, the survey
  doesn't open. A window pops up with just the number 0 in a textfield
