Same problem occurs in other months also in web web-client, i.e If I
have selected a 5 November 2011 then it will displayed a 11 May 2011.

Bug description:
  menu : Accounting -> Reporting -> Generic reporting -> Budgets ->
  Budget lines

  In french version, if I choice december 1st, it always transformed in
  january 12th (01/12/2011 become 12/01/2011) when saving form view.
