  Account voucher: Create sales voucher with tax

Bug description:
  I create voucher with tax, giving an error:

  tax_data = tax_obj.browse(cr, uid, [move_line['account_tax_id']], context=context)[0]
  NameError: global name 'tax_obj' is not defined
