Title:
Email Account config returns WARNING with no explanation.

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):

Bug description:
Configuring OpenERP to send email via SMTP.

From Tools -> Configuration -> Email Template -> Email Accounts

  Required information is all provided:
Server - company SMTP server, and works with Outlook based clients
  SMTP Port - 587
  TLS - checked
  SSL/TLS (only in python 2.6) - unchecked
  auto delete - unchecked
From email - email address we want information to appear "from"
user name - corporate user name to access the SMTP server
password - password for the user name
  Related user - Administrator
Corporate - Yes (which also begs the question, if corporate, and not tied to a user, why is the user required?)
Mail format - HTML, otherwise Text

After entering requested information, clicking the "Test Outgoing
Connection" generates the following in a pop-up window:

  WARNING

No explanation of the error provided, no error indicated in openerp-
  server.log

If a WARNING is generated, there should be an explanation.
