Bug description:
Configuring OpenERP to send email via SMTP.
From Tools -> Configuration -> Email Template -> Email Accounts
Required information is all provided:
Server - company SMTP server, and works with Outlook based clients
SMTP Port - 587

From email - email address we want information to appear "from"

After entering requested information, clicking the "Test Outgoing
Connection" generates the following in a pop-up window:
WARNING
No explanation of the error provided, no error indicated in openerp-
server.log
If a WARNING is generated, there should be an explanation.
