this is the confirmation message after finishing the share process - it
says nothing about the possible delay of ONE hour.

An e-mail notification with instructions has been sent to the following
people:

So either this message has to be changed (not desirable) to inform users
that the mail will be sent in may 1 hour or better the mail is sent
immediately

  share - outgoing messages must be send immediately

Bug description:
  the default frequenzy for outgoing messages is set to 1 hour,

  share will be probably used in a similar way like crm and users expect
  the message to be deliverd immediately.

  (I do not see a good reason to queue the share messages and sent  the
  helpdesk immediately)
