Hello Dr Ferdinand,

For the issue of point_of_sale module you have to post another bug
report.

Because I am considering this for share only.

I am confirming this bug for  only following issue.
1) Meeting and Employee 's shortcut should be disable for created new share user.
2) Print,  "Export / Import" and another action also should be disable.

@Addon1 Team:

I am assigning this to addons 1 team only for the issue#1, after fixing
this it will be transfer to the Framework team for issue#2.

  Shortcut menu and such actions should be disable for newly created

Bug description:
  please sse the attachment

  * POS has no menu to select

  shortcuts 
  * incoming shipments must be ther only ONCE

  * Employee and Meetings create AccessError

  You can not read this document (crm.meeting) ! Be sure your user
  belongs to one of these groups: Partner Manager, Human Resources / HR
  Officer, Sales / Manager, Sales / User, Human Resources / Employee.

  * Customer Invoices and Incoming shipments show a list of ALL
  resources (after clear) , but when clicking on page/form or the
  resource itself it throws  an Acess Error as above

  IMHO only the shared resource must be available
