I'm changing the priority of this bug, concerning issues 1 and 2
mentioned in comment #2, because this is a minor improvement. Share
users are first given quick and limited access to the shared resources,
they don't get a completely custom interface.

We can try to remove some of the features that won't be useful for them,
but it's out of scope at this point to disable general features like
Print, Export, etc. If they try an operation that is not possible, they
will see they don't have the required access group, and that's fine for
now, they will understand.

Let's focus on simply removing the default shortcuts that are
unavailable (I think this was working previously), the rest can be
considered for future improvements.
