Hello,

You are right as per development but when end user will implement and
going to use it, on that time tooltip will guide them batter.

Also its batter to view small tool-tip instead of going view its
complete document.

Here when we select schedule a call  it do something and when we select
log call then  status will be held and it will go at logged call.

It batter to add a tool-tip so end user can know what will happen with
action selection.

Bug description:
  Hello,

  Shedule/Log call wizard require appropriate tool-tip at action field.

  Action field have selection schedule call and log call. So when user
  select action and what will happen with that action should be note as
  tooltip.

  Tooltip will batter guide for action field.
