There should be print button on interview request , I have not check  with puting print button
so please  check it with print  button

  Install hr_evaluation :

  Human Resoucres / Appraisal / Interview Request

  add a print button that launch the pdf rapport of the appraisal form
  (empty). This button must always be available.
