Hello Vishal Parmar,

I think this is not duplicate of  bug #803375 because i am not getting  any pop up warning like  bug #803375.
In this bug i am not getting perfect value because it is not checking multipal condition.

  adds wrong delivery cost

Bug description:
  Trunk

  install delivery

  --> first set delivery method

  there is one delivery method "The Poste"

  set Free if more than = True and amount = 100

  now, create one sale order which contain total greater than 100 and
  less than 300.

  if we add delivery cost in this SO then delivery cost  20.0 will added
  it should 0.0 because we had set value 100 so sale order above total
  of 100 will add delivery cost 0.0
