  [trunk]Not Create Account form Account Templates

Bug description:
  step
  ======
  1] install account module
  2]open a form  Accounting/Configuration/Financial Accounting/Templates/Accounts/Account Templates 
  3] create record and then in right tab create Account open that wizard fill parent target field 
  4] click add it's give a Error like "ProgrammingError: arguments of row IN must all be row expressions"
