Title:
  task start date have different time then right one

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Hello,

  
  I have create a task then I have click on start button,

  Then at extra info tab. I see the wrong start date. here created date
  is right but start date is wrong.

  I have latest trunk code. Also I have attached screenshot.
