  update base module error

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Hi:

  I have install a fresh database openerp v6.0.3.
  Then I install modules base_contac_city and city.
  In order to assure the integrity of the modules I run the update process of the base module. 
  There is the next error message:
