  auth_openid doesn't work with the new login page

Bug description:
  observed in trunk, server r3950, addons r6950, web r1897

  Hi.

  After r1821 of the 6.1 webclient, the login page layout has changed,
  and the auth_openid module should be updated accordingly. At the
  moment, you don't see the openid provider icons anymore.
