The SWIFT verification code has been unused for a very long time now.
Very short after the initial launch of ABF they closed the web interface
with captcha verification. I left the code in for a possible revival
later on.

Bug description:
  The URL used to verify SWIFT codes
  (http://www.swift.com/bsl/freequery.do) is no longer valid.

  Ideally any online verification should be optional as some OpenERP
  deployments will not have access to external websites.
