Hello,

Currently we are not using the logic of fiscal_position in pos order as
we are doing for invoicing.

I am setting this bug as wishlist as there are lot of thing to be change
to fix this one.

Bug description:
  Create PoS order where partner is mapped with fiscal position and see
  the tax column.
