I was able to get indenting working, but I'm not sure of the proper fix,
as I'm still coming up to speed on the OpenERP architecture.

In /usr/share/pyshared/openerp/addons/web/static/src/xml/base.xml I
removed the test for !field_index (line 559 in base.xml or do a search
for field_index) and the indenting worked.  So it seems field_index is
set, but I don't know much beyond that.

Bug description:
  OpenERP 6.1 RC1 does not indent child nodes in Product BoM Structure
  output in web client.  Previous 6.0 version had this, which made it
  easier to read the output when expanding branches.
