Hello Dr Ferdinand,

You have suggested a good feature, Only for consolidation type of
account we have to displayed a company in chart of account.

Currently we are login with another user instead of Admin then it will
takes the comapny from user preference and left side of panel company
name is displayed, so no need to display the company field again in
chart of account, it will require only chart have a consolidation
account.

According to your screen-shot, we have to add one boolean field for
consolidated account, by default it should be false and then the comapny
field won't display in chart of account. Whenever we have checked this
field then and only then company field required for chart of account
because based on this check-box we have to display the consolidation
account and for consolidation account we have must require comapny.

So I am totally agree with Dr Ferdinand, we have to add one boolean
field and based on this field comapny will be display on chart of
account.

As per my "Opinion" this is a good feature for 6.1 , so I am considering
this as a "Low" priority.

  chart of accounts - do not display company

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  IMHO even in multicompany the typical chart of account will and must
  only display the accounts of ONE company

  only for consolidated charts accounts from different companies are
  shown

  the current setup does NOT allow to display a chart of account for a
  parent company only if th users has access rigths for parent and child
  compenies  - which is a must if consolidation should work
