this adds street to the name_get functions

essential to dinstinguish multiple locations in ONE city

I commented out the zip, because zip position (before or after city)   depends on country and seems to overcrowd the line

  [6.0] base_contact - partner address must display street

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  a partner has 2 adresses , a contcat moves from one address to the
  other

  open contact,
  delete the current contact address - 
  enter partner name in ADDRESS field (strange enough) 
  it openens 2 address lines, but without "street"
  so movong from one to other address in the same town is hazard
