I have checked your issue at my side.  you can install "python-zsi" package from " Synaptic package manager".
or you can use command sudo atp-get install python-zsi
if you still got the problem .please inform us.

  when i try to install openerp 6.rc1 i have this message

  im in ubuntu 10.4
